William J. Madonna received his Bachelor of Science from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts. Mr. Madonna then graduated from New England School of Law, Boston, Massachusetts.

Mr. Madonna began his career with the Office of Corporation Counsel for the City of New York as a senior legal specialist under Mayor Koch. In 1990 he was appointed as an Assistant District Attorney in Bronx County handling all major criminal investigations and prosecutions.

Since 1994 Mr. Madonna has maintained a private practice in the Bronx representing individuals, including many victims of domestic violence, corporations and governmental affairs. He has handled matters for many government, law enforcement and high ranking officials in all areas.

With nearly 20 years of trial experience William J. Madonna has handled Family Court cases such as custody, visitation, child support and family offenses; as well as contested and uncontested matrimonial actions; domestic violence prosecutions and defense. In addition, Mr. Madonna’s courtroom experience extends to representation in criminal cases, domestic violation actions, and DWI in all New York State Courts.

Drawing on an extensive background in commercial and residential real estate transactions including lease negotiations, new construction, real estate closing and complicated cases Mr. Madonna secures and defends property rights of individuals and corporate owners and renters.
